Healthy lifestyle is when you dont do anything what can be bad for you

To stay healthy you should eat only fresh and clear food whith out bad additives

I will describe healthy diet like that:

Bread and eggs for breakfast

Soup for lunch

A small pie for afternoon snack

Meat for dinner

I will eat only good food (like in my diet)

I will do sport and walk more
