Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was born in Edinburg, Scotland in 1859. It was one of his proffessors that inspired him to create Sherlock Holmes. Holmes' solve the most mysterious cases with the help of his companion, Dr Watson. He wears a cape and hat, smokes a pipe and uses a magnifying glass.
